We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery if the product has any quality issues. Please contact us with photos of the item and your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €80. For orders below that threshold, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 5–12 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
